Indoor air quality has become an important issue in our everyday lives. The types of toxins we breathe in our home and work place should be a concern to everyone.

Mold remediation involves containment of existing mold (so that it does not spread), controlling the air movement, protecting the occupants and technicians from mold, proper disposal of waste materials and most importantly in-depth cleaning of all affected areas. The area being remediated is placed  under a negative pressure containment using polyethylene (plastic) critical barriers and floors and air scrubbers, and the proper use of HEPA filter air filtration machines.  All methods follow IICRC standards and standards set forth by our affiliate organization, the Indoor Air Quality Association.

Martin Associates & Environmental is comprised of highly experienced, certified and trained technicians. We locate potential sources of water intrusion, identify molds and develop a plan to remove toxic molds and their spores from your structure and in your living and working environments properly and the first time. We remediate residential, commercial and industrial structures in all of Michigan.

All of our workers are certified and trained. We follow strict standards for safety and protection on every job site. Proper personal protection, removal methods, and disposal procedures are very important.
